Are you guilty of repeating the phrase: I don't have time for that? Curious how making the time for mindfulness during the week can influence your wellness? All you need is yourself! Let's begin the challenge! In this 21-day mindfulness challenge, we'll start small and ease mindfulness practices into your week. You'll quickly notice all the benefits this practice has to offer. Each week prompts, guiding thoughts, and mantras are shared with you as a guide for your thoughts during your moments of mindfulness. You might think, write, dance, draw, or talk about any theme you'd like! Guided breathwork, practices for quieting the mind, tuning into sensations in your body - maybe where you're holding energy hotspots, and more will all be shared over the next few weeks. Beginning and sticking with your practice is not so easy, so we'll start slow. We will start by devoting just 5 breaths each day for the first week at a time of day that best suits your schedule. Gradually, you may work yourself up to 15+ minutes of mindfulness daily or simply find your few breaths to be enough. **This 21-day challenge is open and free for the month of August. Starting Sept 1, 2022, only email subscribers will have free access.
